Short-term Fellowships for Eastern European Scientists

From 2004 to 2007, the Ernst Schering Foundation awarded more than 30 fellowships to young scientists from Poland, Bulgaria, Ukraine and Russia for three-month research stays in Western European host labs. The fellowships helped university graduates in biology, chemistry and medicine to deepen their studies and make contacts.

Due to a strategic reorientation of its programs, the Ernst Schering Foundation no longer accepts applications for short-term fellowships.
