Projektraum der Schering Stiftung

Since 2009, the Ernst Schering Foundation has presented exhibitions by international contemporary artists at its Project Space “Unter den Linden” in the heart of Berlin, offering a public platform for the interdisciplinary dialogue between art, science, and society.

The 80-square-meter Project Space only presents artworks specifically designed for the location. Once a year, artists can submit their project application (deadline: June 15). The decision is made by the Foundation Council of the Ernst Schering Foundation. In conjunction with the exhibitions, the Ernst Schering Foundation organizes a program of related events consisting of scholarly lectures, symposiums or workshops. Artists previously exhibited at the Project Space include Leni Hoffmann, Carsten Nicolai, Susanne Kriemann, Haroon Mirza, Carsten Höller, Christoph Keller, Iñigo Manglano-Ovalle, Revital Cohen & Tuur Van Balen, and Yvonne Roeb.
